Charlotte Dryden completes the 2024/25 Centre for Democracy and Peace Building Fellowship programme
Congratulations to Charlotte Dryden on completing the 2024/25 Centre for Democracy and Peace Building Fellowship programme.
Since 2021, the Fellowship Programme has provided the opportunity to reimagine complex political, business, and civic leadership in Northern Ireland through innovation and capacity building to address the challenges of today for the prosperity of tomorrow.
Huge thanks to Eva, Zac, Nicole, their sponsors, supporters and speakers for the opportunity to meet and work with such a wonderful group of people from across the north all working towards a better future.
Charlotte is the first arts leader to take part and hopes to see more leaders take up the challenge in the years ahead.
Charlotte said of participating on the programme "I was certainly out of my comfort zone to begin with, but this journey has challenged me, inspired me, and strengthened my commitment to making a positive impact. I’m proud to have been part of a community so driven by hope and action."
